Quotes are provided free of charge based on information supplied by the client and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if the actual site conditions, cabling runs or fault differ materially from what was described when the quote was prepared — any change is confirmed with you before extra work proceeds.
Appointments are confirmed once a quote is accepted. We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel a booking; repeated late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.
Workmanship on network, CCTV, cabling, WiFi and access point installations is guaranteed against faults in our installation for the period stated on your specific quote. This guarantee covers our workmanship — cabling, mounting and configuration — and does not cover damage from causes outside our installation, such as power surges without surge protection, tampering, or unrelated hardware failure. Equipment itself is covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty.
Repaired or replaced components are covered by a workmanship guarantee as stated on your invoice. Where a device cannot be repaired, is uneconomical to repair, or a fault cannot be duplicated, a diagnostic or assessment fee may apply as confirmed with you before any chargeable work begins. Devices left uncollected for an extended period after being ready may be subject to storage arrangements confirmed with you in advance.
We take reasonable care with any data on a device during a repair but recommend backing up important data beforehand where possible, since some repairs (such as drive replacement or board-level work) carry an inherent risk of data loss beyond our control.
Payment terms are confirmed on your quote or invoice. Goods and completed repairs remain the property of Elite Network & Computer Solutions until paid in full.
