If we carry out a computer repair, we may also handle data stored on your device solely for the purpose of diagnosing and completing the repair.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse. Data recovered or accessed during a computer repair is handled confidentially and is not shared, copied or retained beyond what's needed to complete the job.
We do not sell personal information. It may be shared with technicians and contractors directly involved in completing your job, or where required by law.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to certain uses of it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain it (such as invoicing records).
